One of the first things you will do as an administrator is invite users to download the SkillMap mobile application to create a Skill Profile. Once users register on the app, you will be able to track and monitor their progress and review their Skill Profiles.
There are 2 ways in which administrators can invite new users to download the application:
- Send a direct email invitation to a user
- Provide the user with a web address (URL) from which they can access the application
Both methods are accessible via the "New Invitation" button:
To invite a new user:
- Click on the "New Invitation" button at the upper right corner of the Main Pane of the admin portal
- Enter the first and last name of the user you wish to invite
- If you wish to send the invitation by email, check the "Send invitation email" checkbox and enter the user's email that you wish you invite.
- If you did not use email to invite the user, you can provide the user with the Invite Link generated to access and download the app.
