What can you do with a User's Skill Profile?
Viewing a user's skill profile enables you as an administrator to understand your clients better. A user's skill profile helps you understand a person's:
- Goals: Which occupations does the user find interesting or hope to work in in their future?
- Skill Set: What skills the person has, their relative strength, and how and where the person has obtained those skills.
- Occupation Matches: How does the person's skill set relate to different occupations? What relevant skills does he or she have for specific occupations, and which skills and knowledge is he or she missing?
To open a user's Skill Profile:
Click on the user's name in the main pane of the admin portal. This will load the user's individual Skill Profile:
Navigating a Skill Profile:
The admin portal allows you to browse through the different parts of a user's skill profile are laid out as follows:
Summary header:
The summary header contains a basic overview of the user's most vital information such as their name and contact information, the number of experiences they have entered into their skill profile, total number of skills entered, and when they were last active on the app. It also enables you to produce a CV/resume for the user by clicking on the "View CV" button.
Navigation Bar:
The navigation bar consists of different tabs which you can select to view different parts of a user's skill profile, including the following:
Occupation Matches:
A list of occupations ranked by how well a user's skill set matches to to each occupation. Occupation matches can be used to determine which industries and professions users may be best suited for, or to determine which skills users should learn to pursue different occupations.

Experiences
A timeline of past experiences similar to a resume or CV. The "Experience" tab provides an overview of the different experiences - professional, academic, and other - where the user has learned skills.

Skills
A comprehensive list of all of the skills that the user has entered, ranked by relative strength. In this tab, you can browse a user's skill set, and search to determine whether the person possesses specific skills.

Personal Information
Background information about the user such as their contact information, language proficiencies, occupational goals, etc.
