Accessing SkillLab and Creating a New Account

Getting an Invitation Link

To access SkillLab, you need to be invited by an administrator. This can be your career counsellor or facilitator. When they invite you to use SkillLab, you will receive an invitation email with a link to access the SkillLab app.

This is what the invitation email looks like: 

Click on Get Started to go directly into SkillLab.

Create a New Account

Once you arrive at SkillLab's welcome page, follow this step to create a new account:

1. Click Get Started.

2. Follow the page by clicking Next until you reach the sign-up page. Click Sign Up.

3. Type the access code that you received in your email. This step might also be done automatically by the application. Click Next.

4. Choose Sign Up with Email if you want to use your email to create the account. Otherwise, you can also sign up with your Google or Facebook account.

5. Enter your email address and create a strong password for your new account. Click Next.

6. Congratulations! You made your account on SkillLab.

Create a New Account Using a Phone Number

When the feature is enabled by the administrator, you can also sign up using your phone number.

This is how you do it:

1. Click Get Started.

2. Follow the page by clicking the arrow until you reach the sign-up page. Click Sign Up.

3. Type the access code that you received in your email. This step might also be done automatically by the application. Click Next.

4. Choose Sign up with phone.

5. Enter your phone number and create a strong password for your new account. Click Next.

6. After that, you will receive an SMS on your phone with a verification code that consists of 6 numbers like this:

7. Enter the verification code into SkillLab sign-up screen and click Next.

6. Congratulations! You made your account on SkillLab.
