The Career Match Overview

As an administrator, you can generate a Career Match Overview, which summarises a user's skillset suitability for different occupations. The Career Match Overview document presents the top 50 occupations best suited to the user's skillset. It also provides a basic summary indicating how strong the match is.

Understanding the Career Match Overview Layout

The Career Match Overview provides you with this information:

1. Categorised Occupations - Titles of occupations categorised by career field/sector, with occupations that the user has added as interest listed first.
2. Skill Match Indicator -  A visual illustration of the degree of overlap between a person's skills and the skills required by the occupation.
3. Skills Breakdown - Indication of the number of skills the user has and the total number of skills required for the occupation.
