From the Administration Portal, Administrators can generate and download Skill Profile documents for any of the users in the portal. There are 3 types of Skill Profile Documents which can be produced:
- CV / Resume - A document showing a user's timeline of experience and the top skills acquired at each experience.
- Career Match Overview - A document showing a list of the top occupations to which a user's skill set matches
- Skill Match - A document providing a detailed breakdown of the skills a user has for a specific occupation and the skills they are still missing.
Generating a CV/Resume
Follow these steps to create and download a user's CV:
- On the admin portal main pane, click on the name of the user whose CV you want to generate.
- When you arrive at their skill profile, click View CV next to their personal detail.
- Choose the language in which you want to generate the CV.
- Choose the CV layout between Modern and Classic.
- Choose the file format in which you want to download the CV.
- Click Download.
- The CV you generate will be downloaded to your device.

Generating a Career Match Overview
You can also generate a Career Match Overview for your user from their skill profile by following these steps:
- On the admin portal main pane, click on the name of the user whose Career Match Overview you want to generate.
- On their skill profile, make sure the Career Matches tab is active. Then click at the opposite end of the search bar.
- Choose the language in which you want the document will be from the drop-down menu.
- The Career Match Overview will be downloaded to your device. This document is only available in PDF format.

Generating a Skill Match
To generate a Skill Match document for your user, you can follow these steps:
- On the admin portal main pane, click on the name of the user whose Skill Match you want to generate.
- On their skill profile, make sure the Career Matches tab is active. Then click the occupation title for which you want to generate a Skill Match document. You can also search for the occupation name using the search bar and click the occupation title you are looking for.
- Click button under the occupation title.
- Choose the language in which you want the document will be from the drop-down menu.
- The Skill Match document will be downloaded to your device. This document is only available in PDF format.
