Contacting Us from the Application

Do you have any difficulty using the application but cannot find the answer on our Help Centre?

You can contact us via the application.

These steps show you how to do it:

1. On your Profile page, click Help and Feedback, then choose Contact Us.

2. Click the Contact Us button at the bottom right corner of your screen.

3. Write your message or question to us. You can also include an attachment, such as a screenshot showing your problem. After that, click Send.

4. You will see this on your screen when we receive your message. You will get a reply from us soon.
