Contacting Us from the Application

Do you have any difficulty using the application but cannot find the answer on our Help Centre?

You can contact us via the application.

These steps show you how to do it:

1. On your Profile page, click Help and Feedback.

2. Go to the Contact Support section, then click Contact us.

3. Write your message or question to us in the available space, then click Send.

4. You will see this message on your screen when we receive your message. You will get a reply from us soon. You can click Go Back to return to the Help and Feedback page.
