After inviting users to register an account on SkillLab, it is useful to monitor their progress to understand how far along they have gotten in creating a complete skill profile. You can do this from the main pane. This is how you do it:
1. Make sure the In progress stage on the outcome tracking funnel is active. Otherwise, click the In progress stage to activate it.
2. Turn to the main pane. You will see each user bar looks like this:
3. Check the information next to the user's name to monitor their progress in completing a skill profile. The information provides you with knowledge about the actions the user has taken on SkillLab to complete their skill profile, how many experiences ((jobs, education certificates, informal work, and others) a user has entered into their skill profile, as well as the total number of skills the user has entered. It also allows you to see when the user was last active.
For example, user Clara Testa has two out of three blue icons in her bar. It means that this user has not completed their profile on SkillLab, but has downloaded a CV and added their career interest. Clara Testa has added three experiences and 20 skills. This user was active 2 months ago and was not assigned to any specific admin.
4. To view their progress in detail, click View progress.
You will be able to see the detail of their skill profile, including some potential career matches, all the experiences and skills they have added, and their personal information.
The main purpose of monitoring your users' progress is to detect any need for support or difficulties they might face in completing their skill profile. If your user appears to be inactive, has not logged in to SkillLab for quite some time, or has only added a few skills, you might want to contact them and ask if they have any difficulty with their skill profile.
