Sometimes you have sent an invitation to a user, but they never registered an account on SkillLab. There are some possible reasons why this happens. Your invitation email could have ended up in the user's spam folder. You could also have sent them an invitation in a language they do not understand. Regardless of the reason, you might want to check on them and find out if they have any difficulty signing up.
To see your invited users who have not signed up for an account, click on the Invited users tab on your administrator portal sidebar.
Resending Your Invitation to the Users
To solve this problem, you might send the invitation again to your users. There are two ways to resend the invitation:
By Resending the Invitation Form
You can reopen the user's invitation form by clicking on the user's name:
or by clicking on the Action button and choose Edit from the dropdown menu:
Once the invitation form is opened, check whether all the information such as the user's name and email is correct.
You can also change the language of your email here, in case you realize that the user has a trouble understanding the language of your first email.
You also have an option to customize the email body to encourage the user to sign up.
When you are sure that everything is correct in the email, click Send invitation email.
By Sending Their Personalized Invitation Link
If you do not want to use email again to invite the user, you can also use their personalized invitation link.
Navigate to the user that you want to invite again, then copy the invitation link and paste it in your communication channel with the user.
