When you have multiple administrators and many users in your project, you can assign some users to your co-admins as their responsibility. This way, each administrator can divide their work and focus on monitoring some users.
The steps below show you how to assign a user to an administrator.
- Click on the user's name who you want to assign to an administrator to open their skill profile.
- On their skill profile, go to Assigned to next to the CV button.
- Choose and click the name of the administrator to whom you want to assign the user.
- When you see the message "Change saved", it means that you have successfully put the user under the administrator's responsibility.
You can check whether the user has been assigned to the right administrator by clicking their name on the main pane and check their assignment status like this:
