When you think that a user have completed the expected requirement in your program, you can guide them towards various outcome and document it. You can do this from any stages they are in their latest progress.
The purpose of documenting an outcome of a user is to track the impact of using SkillLab application and participating in your program on their life. The impact can be diverse, and they are reflected in the different options you can choose as their outcome, such as getting a job, continuing their education, being self-employed, having an improved career prospect, or simply finishing your program.
There are two ways to document an outcome of a user:
Documenting an outcome of a user with completed skill profile
If the user already completed their skill profile and their profile is located on the Completed stage, you can document their outcome using the Select outcome button. Follow the steps below to do it:
1. Navigate to the user's name and click on the Select outcome button.
2. Click the outcome dropdown menu and select the option that best describe the user.
3. If the outcome is Employment, add the name of the occupation the user has acquired. You can also add an additional note to any type of outcome to document it better.
Then, click Add outcome to save it.
4. You will get a pop-up message notifying that you have successfully documented a beneficiary’s outcome.
Documenting an outcome of a user from the In Progress stage
If a user is still in the In Progress stage but have completed the expected requirement or achieve an outcome without completing their skill profile, you can also move them to the Completed stage and document their outcome.
You can do this from the Action button. See the steps below:

2. Select Add outcome from the action button dropdown menu.
